These terms cover the Follow-Up Folks website and the text messages and calls we handle. Follow-Up Folks is a service of Spark AI Partners LLC. Business clients also sign a separate client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Texting Terms
Program: Follow-Up Folks sends text messages on behalf of local service businesses to people who called or texted that business. Messages include replies to missed calls, questions about the work you need, appointment and quote follow-ups, and requests for a review after a job.
- How you get texts: You receive texts after you call or text a business that uses Follow-Up Folks, or after you ask for texts on a form. Texts come from that business's number and are signed with the business's name.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business. Follow-up texts are not sent at night.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts from that number after that. Reply START to receive texts again.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@followupfolks.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties for marketing.
Using our website
You may use this website to learn about Follow-Up Folks and to contact us. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or submit false information.
Calls and voicemails
When a call to a business that uses Follow-Up Folks isn't answered, it may be handled by our system. Voicemails you leave are recorded and may be typed out so the business can read them.
No guarantees
We work hard to deliver every message, but texts and calls depend on phone carriers and other services outside our control. The service is provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Spark AI Partners LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from use of this website or the texting program.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
